MIRA for iPhone is here

The MIRA app is now on the App Store — the private, self-hosted assistant, in your pocket on iPhone and iPad.

MIRA now has a home on your phone. MIRA by Vexillon is live on the App Store — free to download for iPhone and iPad (and it runs on Apple Silicon Macs and Apple Vision Pro too).

What it is

MIRA is a private AI assistant that lives on your hardware. The app is the “phone end” of that setup — like an email app talking to your own mail server. You run a MIRA server at home, and the app reaches it from wherever you are, so your conversations, memory, and documents stay on a machine you own. No Vexillon cloud in the loop, because there isn’t one.

Once you’ve installed a MIRA server, connecting the app takes a moment: add your server by its address and sign in, or scan the pairing QR from your server’s settings.

Haven’t set up a server yet?

You don’t need one to see what MIRA feels like. Try the live demo right from your browser — no account, no signup. It drops you into a seeded world so you can chat, ask MIRA to remember things, and watch it reach out on its own. (Some actions in the demo are simulated and clearly labelled — nothing there touches real people or devices.)

What’s next

Android is coming soon — the app is working its way through Google Play’s testing period, and we’ll announce it here the moment it’s available. Want to be first to know? Keep an eye on this page, subscribe to our feed, or follow along on our channels.

Thanks for being here early. MIRA is young, open source, and getting better every week — this is a big step toward it being something your whole family can simply pick up and use.
